We have a wide choice of facilities available and our flexible approach to events means that we can cater from the largest to the smallest conference, meeting, banquet or function. A major revamp of the clubhouse and function wing has resulted in a sophisticated venue that has successfully merged vintage with contemporary design. The Club offers a full range of services and is able to cater for all your requirements. Prices are competitive and the value offered is outstanding.

All Club staff are highly trained and experienced to ensure that your event is an occasion to remember at our exclusive private retreat and the ideal venue for hosting your business occasions. Nestled in the heart of Johannesburg yet conveniently close to the business hub of Sandton. OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg is a 20 minute drive from the Club, the Gautrain Rapid Rail system offers convenient transportation from OR Tambo International Airport to Sandton within 12 minutes.

Please note we allow table bookings for up to 20 people with no sectional venue hire charge.

Bookings between 20 – 50 guests we do charge a sectional venue hire of R5 000.00.

  • These bookings are only allowed in the Amphitheatre / Garden West/ Garden East Area.

Bookings over 50 the restaurant has to be booked out exclusively.

No décor items are allowed inside the restaurant unless restaurant is booked exclusively.

Limited décor allowed in the garden Amphitheatre / Garden West/ Garden East Area – requirements have to be discussed with functions Manager.

All events booked has a time allocation of 4 hours. 
Setup up time 1.5h prior to allocated booking time slot.

No external Food & Beverages are allowed unless special dietary requirements are discussed with functions Managers i.e. Halaal, Kosher.

Standard 10% service fee charged on total food & Beverage bill. Agreement to be signed a week prior to function.
